Oregon’s #1 Provider for Care in Your Community

HelloCare specializes in providing compassionate, nurse-led assistance to help your loved ones live safely and independently in your senior living community.

Good for your residents,
your community,
and your business.

Seniors face a difficult decision when it comes to moving out of their home, but maintaining independence is the silver lining. During their stay in independent living, many need a higher level of care but simply aren’t emotionally or financially ready for a different course of action.

We can meet them where they are to provide the in-home support they need without significantly impacting their sense of freedom — or their pocketbooks. That means they can age in place for longer while reassuring their families that they’re in good hands.

What that means for your business — increased lengths of stay, higher occupancy, reduced resident turnover, and a vibrant resident community. Show adult children you can support their parents through health challenges, and they will choose YOU.

See how onsite care management has resulted in healthier residents and doubled lengths of stay in other communities.

How it Works

Dedicated onsite
care staff

The concept is simple — an experienced member of our HelloCare team works directly within your community. We integrate with your staff and get to know the residents on a personal level, allowing us to make the rounds and tailor our care to their needs.

We’ll offer each resident a free (and optional) intake so we can take a more proactive stance and prevent incidents and complications. The results: fewer urgent care and hospital visits, safer and healthier residents, and extended lengths of stay in your community.

The HelloCare impact

HelloCare is a game changer. Our residents want to live in independent living, but have needs that might otherwise prevent this without added support and intervention. HelloCare’ s care giving team engages with our staff and residents as a member of the Boone Ridge team. They join our weekly stand-up meetings for updates on our residents, and having Lauren in
the building on set days and times is icing on the cake. HelloCare is a value-add to our culture and community.”

Executive Director

  • Long-term resident Alice developed incontinence and could not manage the condition without the help of her daughter, who does not live nearby. LiveBest intervened to track and order incontinence supplies. We support her hygiene, housekeeping, and dignity with daily visits

    Outcome:
Alice remains in independent living, with daily visits from LiveBest.

  • Prospective resident Bonnie toured the community and was especially excited about using the pool for exercise. However, mobility limitations made it unsafe for her to enter and exit the pool alone. Our experienced caregiver trained with a physical therapist to meet her needs.

    Outcome:
Bonnie moved in and uses the pool three times a week with her LiveBest caregiver.

  • Bill & Betty live in independent living. With Betty’s dementia progressing, Bill was unable to visit his brother in hospice care out of state. LiveBest intervened with 24-hour care for one week so Bill could focus on his brother. When Bill returned, he realized that he needed more support as Betty’s primary caregiver.

    Outcome:
Bill & Betty remain in independent living together, with specialized support from LiveBest.

Why HelloCare

Our mission is optimization. How we deliver? We are…

  • A healthcare worker with blonde hair smiling and holding a device, talking to another healthcare worker with dark hair and glasses in a hospital hallway.

    Nurse-owned & operated

We understand the complexities of care, and we’re structured to set our nurses up for success.

  • Two women sitting on a beige couch, smiling and giving high five to each other, looking at a tablet. One woman is wearing black shirt and pink pants, the other woman is wearing black shirt and gray pants.

    Flexible & responsive

We integrate into your process and culture, and we’re always ready to adapt to changing resident needs.

  • A woman with dark hair and a tattoo on her arm is checking in a customer at a reception desk in an office or hotel lobby.

    Consistent & reliable

We build relationships with residents and staff to provide a personalized experience.

  • A healthcare worker tests an elderly man's blood sugar level using a glucometer. The worker is wearing gloves and holding a test strip, while the elderly man is seated and holding his hand out for the test.

    Data-driven & proactive

We know what to look for, and we’re trained to spot the early signs and intervene.
