How it Works

The concept is simple — an experienced member of our LiveBest team works directly within your community. We integrate with your staff and get to know the residents on a personal level, allowing us to make the rounds and tailor our care to their needs.

We’ll offer each resident a free (and optional) intake so we can take a more proactive stance and prevent incidents and complications. The results: fewer urgent care and hospital visits, safer and healthier residents, and extended lengths of stay in your community.

  • Prospective resident Bonnie toured the community and was especially excited about using the pool for exercise. However, mobility limitations made it unsafe for her to enter and exit the pool alone. Our experienced caregiver trained with a physical therapist to meet her needs.

    Bonnie moved in and uses the pool three times a week with her LiveBest caregiver.
